Summary
For those about to be rocked, Nifty Tom Fifty salutes you. Brandishing a
power-packed live show, memorable sing-a-long choruses and emotionally
charged lyrics, Northern California’s Nifty Tom Fifty love to rock their
fans. It is this commitment to rock that keeps them out on the road, living
out of a van for weeks at a time.
Since their humble beginnings as a local band on the make in October 1997,
Nifty Tom Fifty’s unflappable enthusiasm and hard work have garnered them
legions of fans all over the West Coast. The exposure received from their
Asterisk Records release, "All My Dreams," in 1998 earned the band
several Top 5 radio hits on both Christian and mainstream West Coast radio
stations and helped fuel a packed touring schedule.
In their constant struggle to push themselves and their music, the band
released a self-produced album, called "Changing Time and Space"
in January 2002. This special project is a collection of material showcasing
the band’s maturing song writing and commitment to pushing the envelope.
This upcoming album effectively documents both the band’s personal
struggles and triumphs in a universal format. It is this universal
connection in their music that keeps the fans coming back for more, and
provides Nifty Tom Fifty with the opportunity to perform in a wide range of
venues---from elite clubs like the Whiskey-A-Go-Go, to college campuses, to
hometown churches.
Beyond their never-ending quest to take rock to the masses, Nifty Tom Fifty
also continue to grow and mature both personally and collectively through
their ministry. For Nifty Tom Fifty, it’s more than just a rock
show----it’s about people and relationships. It’s about sharing the
triumphs and struggles, and the hope that gets you through both.
